The Student Education and Leadership Fund (SELF) is now accepting applications for the 2016–2017 award cycle. We will be awarding at least one SELF Scholarship worth a minimum of $6,000. The Student Education and Leadership Fund (SELF) scholarship does not have minimum gpa or test score requirements for eligibility. Instead, we ask that each applicant identify a challenge they have overcome in their educational careers and articulate a plan for using their advanced education to have a lasting impact on their community. Scholarships can be used for traditional 2 and 4 year colleges, trade schools, and certificate programs anywhere in the country. The application deadline is December 31st, but applications will be reviewed as they are received. More information on the organization (including the application itself) can be found on our website: www.selfmadescholars.org. |
