The Deadline to apply: April 5, 2023. These scholarships are one-time grants, designed to assist students. The scholarships are intended to recognize outstanding graduating athletes at Huntingtown High School. Click the link below to learn about student criteria and to apply.

(Juniors apply for the National Scholarship and if they are not awarded that, they are automatically in the State Scholarship application pool). The Horatio Alger Association wants to provide scholarships to students who, given the chance financially, could succeed in college.
The application opened December 1, 2022 and will close on March 15, 2023. The deadline is March 1, 2023 for the Colonial Agricultural Educational Foundation Scholarship Program.
The Colonial Agricultural Educational foundation offers 86 different scholarships. One application covers all the scholarships and applicant information is sorted by the criteria for each scholarship. Many of the scholarships (but not all) are geared toward students with an agricultural background or pursing an ag-related major. The Optimist Club of Calvert-Prince Fredrick (OCOC-PF), through the Calvert Optimist Community Parks Foundation, Inc., awards an annual scholarship providing financial assistance to students graduating from a Calvert County Public High School. The $3,000 scholarship is paid at the rate of $1,500 per year. Application Deadline: April 15, 2023
The Maryland Emergency Management Association (MDEMA) has established the MDEMA Donald “Doc” Lumpkins Memorial Scholarship Program to nurture, promote and develop future emergency management professionals by furthering the education of students studying emergency management and closely related career fields. Applications will be accepted in electronic format only. Applications MUST be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 7, 2023.
The Naval Officers' Spouses' Club of Washington, D.C. is pleased to offer merit scholarships this year to graduating seniors who are dependents including all ranks of active duty, retired, or deceased U.S. Navy service members.
